This website was instigated as part of a G.C.S.E Media project.
The site has since been modified beyond its original boundaries to its
current form.
Sub Site Construction began on the 02/11/00.
Main Site Construction began on the 04/12/00 and has been ongoing since
that date.

- The site will be continually updated to provide the highest quality and
performance.
The Criteria
- This site must offer the latest in internet technological developments
e.g. Microsoft™ Virtual Machine®.
- The website must offer an easy to use interface with internal site
navigation.
- Customer support must be easy accessible and highly functional.
- An on-line tutorial should be included for customer support.
- The site must be regularly updated for optimum progression of its
development and consumer satisfaction.
- The site must have ‘quality’ content.
- The site must cater for all needs, e.g. genders, religions, sexual
orientation, and age groups.
- Site must comply with the internet regulations act.
- Must be integrated and compatible with popular search engines e.g.
Lycos™, Yahoo™, Mamma™, and Dogpile™.
- Page load time must not exceed 20 seconds on a 56k flex modem.
- Any unsuitable† material must be contained in an area which requires
SPA (secured password authentication).
- Must comply with the Data Protection Act.
- Provide a confidential area.
- Respond to public demand.

Note: this is where 48 equals British communication lines connection speed.
The quality of the connection or ISP (internet service provider) reflects the
quality of access time (speed).
